It is a regional forum made up of 13 countries that works to coordinate a regional strategy to address the refugee and migrant crisis in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The Quito process emerged as a working group to promote mechanisms to assist refugees and migrants of Venezuelan origin by strengthening international financial and institutional cooperation.
